The webinar is titled DOJ Enforcement in the COVID-19 Crisis: What to Expect and How to Mitigate Risk.
The Department of Justice and the FBI are dealing with demanding new enforcement issues in addition to long-standing pre-COVID priorities. Companies need to know what to expect and what they can do now to mitigate their risk and ensure compliance. The panel discussion with DOJ, the FBI and Bob Thomas a leading whistleblower’s attorney will address this new enforcement landscape, including the government’s COVID-19 response, key priorities, and the False Claims Act. We will discuss what DOJ expects from companies and what companies can do now to respond.
